In To Moria We Go

So, after a substantial break, it's time for an update on the progress of the Moria game board!

Here's where we were at the last update:

Before the boards could be textured, a few extra details were added - namely, a lot of rubble!

With that done, the texturing could begin. Working in stages, PVA was painted in sections across each board before the sand was poured over and left for a couple of minutes to dry.

Finally, with the sand dry, it was time to break out the first layer of paint - a solid coat of black undercoat.

And so we reach the present state of the game board. With Christmas and New Year out of the way, I'm hoping to begin carrying on with the game board this week.
